Possible causes include:

• Wrong size gun tip. The contact tip size and wire size must be the same.
• Wire liner is too far from drive deck rollers. The wire liner should be almost, but not quite touching the drive deck rollers.
• Liner is clogged or damaged and should be replaced
• Feed roller is worn and should be replace.
• Tension is too loose. Slowly tighten the tension screw.
